A key theme to this year’s Enterprise Connect conference in Orlando was the focus on user-experience of Unified Communication and Collaboration.
This includes more intuitive interfaces, cloud capabilities and the use of familiar control systems.
Adrian Brookes, VP, Siemens Enterprise Communications, summed it up nicely when he said, “The focus is to remove the complexity, make it easy, and improve the user experience. If someone can’t pick up something intuitive and use it, it won’t fly.”
