Some of the business centres that we’ve fitted out with the Vgreet have been home to historic inventions – other than ours that is. Our latest video receptionist has been installed at Quality Court on Chancery Lane. This business centre used to be a patent office where innovative techniques – including the cloning procedure responsible for the infamous Dolly the Sheep – were once processed.

Now Quality Court houses a range of forward-thinking businesses and exciting startups in both the serviced office space and co-working hub.

It also hosts a number of popular events throughout the year, including a month-long festival celebrating entrepreneurs; conferences on specific industries and potential finance sources; as well as regular seminars on social media and best practice for small businesses.

The remote expert we installed in the reception area needed the functionality to deal with queries from those who use the building regularly as well as fielding any questions from one-off visitors.

The Vgreet at Quality Court lets visitors select a tenant in the directory, call them via audio and orient themselves with a site map. And if the query is a little more complicated, there’s an option to speak to the enquiries team or the centrally located reception team live via video. The Vgreet also has a sales tool to show customers the units virtually and promote the services within Quality Court.

At the touch of the screen, newcomers to the building can find out about the local area: the best restaurants and bars or the most convenient local transport options.
