PIMM'S AND PORTICO
Vpod were delighted to be invited to front of house service provider Portico’s annual conference at Bloomsbury’s GoodEnough College in London.
A key event in the calendar for Portico, it was a great chance for Vpod to catch up with industry leaders and showcase how Vpod is creating great customer experiences in front-of-house environments — and also network and make friends at the social event at the end of the day.
“Tech is really important to us” explained Portico MD Paul Jackson “there will always be human beings in reception and guest services, but technology is helping to support our offering and actually enhance the service.
“We’ve been working with Vpod for a couple of years now and it’s been a great success, that idea of people and tech mixing to enhance the visitor experience, means we’re culturally a great fit and we’re really looking forward to the future together.”
